Process
We started this project by doing exemplar research to understand the space. Drawing from our personal experience as student volunteers, we decided to solve the problem for people who want to donate their time to charity organizations. Creating a persona helped us empathize with our target user group. We then sketched several concepts and iterated the design to build a low fidelity prototype. Lastly, we documented our process and presented it in the form of a story to inform the context of our design.
Methods
Secondary research, Problem framing Persona development, sketching, Storyboarding, Prototyping, and documentation.
Duration
Five days

My Contribution
I participated in secondary research and identified different problem spaces and user groups in the given domain. To come up with a creative solution, I sketched concepts individually and collaborated with the team for final design. I created a persona and storyboards (in Adobe illustrator) for our final design document.
